Shipping, returns & FAQ

How this shop works. Every piece is made to order — I print, frame, pack, and ship each one myself from my shop. That's the whole operation: one guy, a wall of printers, and a framing table. When will it ship? Allow 5–7 business days for me to print and pack your order, then normal US transit time on top. You'll get a Stripe receipt the moment you order. Shipping costs. US only for now. Flat $5 for small stuff (bookmarks, fidgets), $12 for anything bigger (frames ship heavy) — and free over $60. Returns & refunds. Everything is printed to order, so I can't take change-of-mind returns. But if your order arrives damaged, wrong, or just not what you expected quality-wise, email me a photo and I'll replace it or refund it — your pick. You'll always be dealing with me directly. Sizes. Most posters print at about 200×200 mm (roughly 8×8″) and arrive in their frame, ready to hang. Bookmarks are 67×200 mm — about 2.6×8″. How are these printed? The color you see comes from stacked layers of translucent 3D-printer filament — no paint, no stickers. Light passing through the layers is what makes the image. The technique is called HueForge, and it's what I teach over at 3dprintsbyvic.com. Something arrived damaged or wrong? I never see or store your card details. The bundle deals. Any 3 posters for $45 (normally $60), any 3 bookmarks for $15 (normally $21) — mix and match within each type. The cart applies it automatically.
